Designed to drive posts up to 3 inches in diameter, the REDIboss78 is the largest and strongest gas powered post driver available. With performance comparable to pneumatic drivers—but without compressors or air hoses—it allows crews to work faster while reducing fatigue and downtime.

At its core, the REDIboss78 features a 35.8cc Honda GX35 engine producing 1.6 HP with dependable recoil start. The 4-stroke design runs on straight unleaded gasoline—no fuel mixing required—and operates reliably at 360-degree angles, making it ideal for uneven, rocky, or sloped terrain.

Delivering 1,820 blows per minute and 26 joules of impact energy, the REDIboss78 provides fast, consistent driving power. A single gallon of fuel can drive 1,000+ posts, maximizing productivity on large fencing jobs.

Weighing just 35 lbs, the REDIboss78 is easy to transport and maneuver across job sites. Spring-loaded ergonomic handles absorb shock and reduce vibration, allowing for longer operating periods with less strain.

The included REDIslvboss78 reducer sleeve allows driving smaller posts up to 2 inches, giving crews flexibility to handle multiple post sizes with one driver. Additional reducer sleeves are available separately.
