- Weekend and Holiday Orders: Orders placed after 12:00 PM (EST) on Saturdays, weekends, or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
- Shipping Carriers: We ship exclusively with UPS and USPS to ensure reliable delivery.
- Standard Shipping: All orders are shipped via UPS Ground unless another option is selected at checkout. Our standard ground shipping is processed with urgency, as we understand the importance of timely delivery for our customers.
- Expedited Shipping: We offer UPS 3rd Day, 2nd Day, and Next Day Air for those who need their orders more quickly. For expedited shipping, we recommend calling us at 800-350-TOOL or emailing sales@toolguy.combefore placing your order to confirm availability and ensure your desired delivery date.
- Delivery Times: Standard shipping typically takes 2-7 business days, depending on your location. Expedited shipping options will deliver according to the selected method (e.g., Next Day Air will deliver the next business day after shipping).

Damaged or Lost Packages

Shipping Restrictions
- Domestic Shipping: We ship to all locations within the USA and Canada, including APO and FPO addresses.
- International Shipping: For orders shipping outside the USA or Canada (excluding APO and FPO addresses), please contact us at 800-350-TOOL or sales@toolguy.com before placing your order to confirm availability and receive a shipping quote.
- P.O. Boxes: Please note that we do not ship to P.O. Box addresses.
